Red Ribbon Week 2015
Red ribbon week is not about dressing up and wearing fun colored socks. It’s about making the decision of what your going to say Yes or No. I’ve learned growing up that drugs are bad for you. Drugs could kill you or mess you up in the head. Some people do drugs to make them happy but your taking a risk to kill yourself. I hope that everybody makes the right decision when it comes to drugs. I know what my answer is do you?
Colonial Life
February 18, 1648
Today was stressful and hard. I had to work all day long. Folding clothes and washing dishes was the easiest thing I did. Today I also got to make a batch of soap. Some of the kids were sick so I made some yummy soup for them they really like it. I moved their beds close to the fire so they would stay warm. I started making some blankets but I didn’t finish them today. My church gave me a gift it was a beautiful basket full of pecans.I taught some little kids how to say a couple words. I finally went to bed. But I wonder what tomorrow will bring.
Jamestown or Plymouth
I’d rather live in Jamestown because I bet the people would be nicer and more productive and help out more.

Exploration
I learned that there are so many explorers out there that have been all around the world. Hernando De Soto had 3 major explorations. Chrisiphor Columbus explored the new world and it was named America. I learned a lot more but it would take forever.

Life in 5th Grade
So 5th grade has been an adventure so far. Its very different then 4th or 3rd grade. We have more classes and more homework. I like 5th grade so far we still have a late lunch but are classes fly by. All of the teacher are awesome too. We have more test and papers. The classes we have are reading,science,math,social studies, and l.arts. I think my favorite class is science. I cant wait to continue the year.
Math in 4th Grade
One of my strengths in math is multiplication. One of my weaknesses would have to be improper fractions with mixed numbers. My most favorite thing in math is measuring protractors. My least favorite part about math is division really any division, long division, regular division. Some new things that I learned in math was long division, simplifying fractions, protractors, kinds of angles, kind of triangles, and much more. I don’t really know what to expect in 5th grade math. I know that it probably wont be the easiest thing in the world. I know that I will have a good math teacher but i’m just nervous about 5th grade ingeneral. I cant wait to be a 5th grader.
So Long 4th Grade
The most important thing I learned was how to be patience.
My favorite project was planting wildflowers in the garden.
I was surprised by all the struggling math that we did.
The thing I disliked most was all the rain that kept us from the playground.

13. Something I love to look at is the beach.
